|Thuong Ngo: Mrs. Ngo is primarily responsible for processing new on and off premises Beer, Wine and Package Store permits. She also assists with new Wholesaler’s and Manufacturer’s licenses and permits as well as Mixed Beverage permit applications, Ms. Ngo is fluent in Vietnamese and has been with us since 2003.|
|Virginia Martinez: Mrs. Martinez has been employed with the firm since 1994. She, along with Mrs. Ngo, is responsible for new On and Off Premises Beer, Wine and Package Store applications. She shares responsibility for monthly renewal billings, with Mrs. Ngo and Mrs. Tripoli.|
|Kim Harvey, Director of Personnel: Mrs. Harvey is the Office Manager and responsible for personnel and bookkeeping as well as major responsibility for several of the major chain clients that we represent. Employed by the firm since 1977, she is involved in all phases of the office operation.|
|Chanya Krisco: Ms. Krisko joined us in 2006 and is an administrative assistant. She works with accounts payable and also assists with general clerical duties. She is also fluent in Thai.|
|Estella Salinas: Mrs. Salinas has been employed by the agency since 1987. She is primarily responsible for new Mixed Beverage Permits as well as retail On and Off Premises licenses. She supervises the permit and notary bond operations and is primarily responsible for several chain operations.|
|Deborah Johnson: Ms. Johnson joined the firm in 2006 after a 35-year career with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Ms. Johnson is primarily responsible for new Mixed Beverage Applications, renewals and other ancillary permits.|
|Keith Coleman, Director of Business Development: Mr. Coleman joined the firm in 2006 after resigning from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission where he served in the Enforcement Division for sixteen years. The last five years of Mr. Coleman’s career with The Commission he served as the Regional Commander over Southeast Texas. His duties include assisting new clients, consulting, administration and information technology.|
|Rhonda Davis: Ms. Davis is primarily responsible for Mixed Beverage Permit renewals, Permit Bonds and also assists with various new applications. She joined the agency in 2006.|
Richard Wills, Executive Director: Richard (Dick) Wills is the Executive Director of GFA (Gerald Franklin Licensing) Texas premiere liquor licensing service. GFA has been providing the liquor industry with quality licensing service since 1944. Dick has recently retired from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission as a Regional Supervisor of Licensing and Compliance. Prior to his TABC service Dick was a co-owner of a multi store retail operation where he worked for 22 years.
Dick obtained the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America before being Honorably Discharged from the Marines where he served at Marine Barracks Norfolk. Dick has his BS in Business Administration and attended Universities in Israel, England, and Mexico. Dick was a former Ex-Officio Director of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Greater Houston Restaurant Association. He is currently on the board of directors for Sea Scout Base Galveston.
|Gerald Franklin, Director of Operations: Mr. Franklin joined the firm after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and serving 3 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. A founding member of the Texas Association of Beverage License Services, Mr. Franklin currently serves as its Secretary-Treasurer. He is active in many civic and non-profit organizations in the city and state. A member of the National Exchange Club, he served as the national President of that organization in 2000. Mr. Franklin is also a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of the ESCAPE Family Resource Center. |Angela Gurka: Angela Gurka joined our team in August 2016 bringing with her 19 years of application experience. She will be primarily responsible for greeting customers, answering the phones, scanning files into the new database system and assisting the license processors with various applications.|
Craig Roberts, Agency Liaison: I have worked Radio and TV for over 43 years in several markets but have spent the last 36 in Houston. I do a daily blog on ch. 2’s website. “The Daily Craig” involves sports and humor (I try) and is seen in both print and video form on www.click2houston.com. I was the station sports anchor and sports director for 22 years and also anchored a show called “Sports Off Center” on ch. 55 in Houston. I did play by play of both football and basketball including NFL, College, and High school. I did the Southwest Conference game of the week for NBC TV.
I have been a ring announcer for local bouts and have done fights on CBS, ESPN, and MCNBC. I was the ring announcer for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials. I have worked radio for several stations including KLOL on the Stevens and Pruett show and Z107 mornings with Bob and Crash. From 2012 to 2014 I was the sports director for NEWS92 FM.
I have a B.A. in political science from Southern Illinois University. I served 3 years in the USMC with combat experience in Vietnam 1967.
I am married to long time radio and marketing expert Carol Gambill. We live in our log cabin in Spring, Tx.
